【摘(zhai)要】:準確(que)獲取(qu)焊(han)(han)接(jie)條件下(xia)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)金(jin)(jin)屬表(biao)(biao)面張(zhang)(zhang)力的(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu)數據對(dui)深(shen)入理解(jie)(jie)焊(han)(han)接(jie)過程中熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)金(jin)(jin)屬流動及傳熱機制、焊(han)(han)縫缺(que)陷形(xing)成等具(ju)有(you)重要意義,但(dan)實時測量(liang)十分(fen)困難。采用(yong)激光視覺法測量(liang)了(le)單(dan)一組(zu)元(yuan)(TiO_2,CaF_2)及二組(zu)元(yuan)(30%TiO_2+70%CaF_2,70%TiO_2+30%CaF_2)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)劑(ji)下(xia)304不(bu)銹鋼脈(mo)沖鎢極氬(ya)弧焊(han)(han)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)振(zhen)蕩頻率,并根據特定模(mo)(mo)式下(xia)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)特征(zheng)頻率與表(biao)(biao)面張(zhang)(zhang)力的(de)(de)(de)解(jie)(jie)析模(mo)(mo)型計算了(le)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)金(jin)(jin)屬表(biao)(biao)面張(zhang)(zhang)力,分(fen)析了(le)不(bu)同組(zu)元(yuan)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)劑(ji)對(dui)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)金(jin)(jin)屬平均表(biao)(biao)面張(zhang)(zhang)力的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)規律,在此基礎(chu)上(shang)研究了(le)不(bu)同組(zu)元(yuan)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)劑(ji)對(dui)焊(han)(han)縫熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)深(shen)的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)和增(zeng)加(jia)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)深(shen)的(de)(de)(de)機理。結果表(biao)(biao)明,TiO_2能(neng)(neng)夠改變熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)金(jin)(jin)屬表(biao)(biao)面張(zhang)(zhang)力溫度梯度,使熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)金(jin)(jin)屬流動方(fang)向發生變化,CaF_2能(neng)(neng)夠降(jiang)低(di)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)金(jin)(jin)屬表(biao)(biao)面張(zhang)(zhang)力絕對(dui)值,使熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)金(jin)(jin)屬流速增(zeng)加(jia);二組(zu)元(yuan)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)劑(ji)增(zeng)加(jia)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)深(shen)是熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)金(jin)(jin)屬流速增(zeng)加(jia)和表(biao)(biao)面張(zhang)(zhang)力溫度梯度改變共同作用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)結果。
